Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GSK3 beta antibody [C1C3] (GTX111192) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Sample (50 μg of whole cell lysate) A: mouse brain 10% SDS PAGE GTX111192 diluted at 1:3000 The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
