Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Galectin 1 antibody (GTX101566) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Galectin 1 antibody detects Galectin 1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: SK-N-SH cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: Galectin 1 stained by Galectin 1 antibody (GTX101566) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
