Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Wnt4 antibody (GTX101085) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
WNT4 antibody detects WNT4 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT4 antibody (GTX101085) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
WNT4 antibody detects WNT4 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Wnt4-transfected (+, including V5-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (100 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT4 antibody (GTX101085) at a dilution of 1:2500.
The V5 was used as internal control (GTX117997, 1:2500) shown at the bottom panel.
The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
WNT4 antibody detects WNT4 protein at secreted on mouse kidney by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse kidney.
