文献和实验新霉素 B neomycinB 由放线菌产生的氨基糖苷类的抗菌素。与链霉素相似，对结核菌和其它细菌具有抗菌作用。作用机理也相类似，与细菌 30S核糖体结合，使 mRNA发生解读错误，从而阻止蛋白质的合成。
赤霉素 A 3 的氧化产物，亦称赤霉素 B 。限于与赤霉素的立体配位不同，而在相当多的例子中均呈现类似赤霉素的活性。
板液体每孔在 2ml 左右，不宜太多，或者太少。取两个 1.5mlEP 管，记为 A 管，B 管，每个 EP 管加入 250ul Opti-MEM I，然后 A 管加入 5-10ul lipofectamine 2000，B 管加入 100pM-200pM 的 siRNA（见买来的 siRNA 说明书），然后静置 5min，混合在一起，静置 20min，用 AB 混合液加入到 1.5ml 的无血清培养基 C 内，混匀； 将六孔板里的细胞的液体吸出，用 PBS 清洗两遍； 将 ABC 混合液 2ml
