文 献:Decitabine is a cytosine nucleoside analog and inhibits further DNA methylation after incorporated into DNA. As a consequence, tumor suppressor genes aberrantly silenced after methylation can be reactivated and expressed. Decitabine has shown activity in some hematologic disorders including myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML). Leone G., et al.
