文献和实验【求助】shRNA连接时，如果没有annealing buffer,可不可以用PCR buffer?
bobbymm shRNA要做连接的时候发现 annealing buffer 没有了。可以用 PCR buffer代替不？ zhujoker 就用普通的去离子水就可以了，没有那么复杂。不要想当然得使用PCR buffer。 bobbymm 用的是TAKARA的PCR BUFFER ，连接的还不错。 已经送去测序了。 谢谢回复。 本文
