SNX27 antibody [1C6] detects SNX27 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: SNX27 stained by SNX27 antibody [1C6] (GTX632193) diluted at 1:200.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
SNX27 antibody detects SNX27 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SNX27 antibody (GTX632193) diluted at a dilution of 1:500.
