Renilla Luciferase antibody detects Renilla Luciferase protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: Renilla Luciferase stained by Renilla Luciferase antibody (GTX125851) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Renilla Luciferase antibody detects Renilla Luciferase protein by Western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Renilla Luciferase -transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Renilla Luciferase antibody (GTX125851) at a dilution of 1:2000.

过程是第一天seeding,第二天换low serun的opti-MEM加lipofactamin,Renilla,和我的质粒过夜。第三天加compound,incubate一个小时以后加PMA,PHA，在incubate6个小时以后测量。Empty vector的读数和NF-kB的读数差很远，我想Transfection还是成功的。但是加了PMA和PHA的和不加的读数几乎没有区别。加了compound的和不加的也没有区别。 raw ratio 都在15左右。请高手赐教，不胜
