Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NF-E2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX102698) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
NF-E2 antibody [N1C3] detects NF-E2 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: NF-E2 protein stained by NF-E2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX102698) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.
