In Vitro: Fludarabine phosphate significantly reduces the cell viability in a dose-dependent manner. Fludarabine phosphate exhibits no effect in all tested concentrations when combined with either PBS or control vector, ACE-GFP. Fludarabine phosphate causes a significant decrease in cell viability for 24 h after exposure to ACE-PNP when compared to PBS and ACE-GFP at concentrations of 2.5, 5 and 10 μg/mL.
In Vivo: F-araAMP (100 mg/kg given 15 times, 167 mg/kg given 9 times, or 250 mg/kg given 3 times, i.p.) leads to complete regressions of all tumors and cures of all mice. Parental D54 tumors (i.e. without E. coli PNP) are not sensitive to treatment with F-araAMP. Intratumoral injection of Ad/PNP followed by IT F-araAMP can elicit a substantial regressive effect on otherwise refractory solid tumors in a fashion substantially superior to viral PNP transduction followed by systemic prodrug administration. The comparison of ACE-GFP/fludarabine phosphate with ACE-GFP/PBS demonstrats that fludarabine phosphate alone has no growth inhibitory activity on KU-19-19 tumors.

文献和实验亦称为三碳糖磷酸，是 3-磷酸甘油醛和二羟丙酮（ dihydroxyacetone）磷酸的平衡混合物。 磷酸丙糖异构酶参与此平衡反应。在糖酵解的过程中，由 1， 6- 二磷酸果糖经醛缩酶（ aldolase）的作用解裂生成，通过 3- 磷酸甘油醛 - 脱氢酶（ dehyd－ rogenase）能可逆的被磷酸化和氧化而产生 1， 3－二磷酸甘油酸。也可以作为光合成过程（还原型戊糖磷酸循环）的中间产物而生成。
磷酸原之一。是 P． Eggle－ ton和 G． P． Eggleton（ 1927） 首先从猫的肌肉中发现的，它广泛地存在于脊椎动物的肌肉中。为无色水溶性，其钠盐、钙盐也可溶于水。具有高能磷酸键（Δ G°′ = - 10.3千卡）在酸性溶液中，易分解成肌酸与正磷酸，在中性溶液中，比较稳定。在生物体内由肌酸和 ATP经酶的作用合成，但反应是可逆的，呈如下的平衡（称为肌酸激酶反应，过去称为 Lohmann反应）：
