淋巴细胞分离液(LSM)

淋巴细胞分离液由聚蔗糖和泛影酸钠组成，经过滤除菌，可直接使用。该试剂能够形成特定的密度梯度1.077~1.080 g /mL。只需要将血液样品轻置于淋巴细胞分离液上层，经过简单的一步离心（400 xg，30分钟），即可从红细胞，多核白细胞和血小板中分离出淋巴细胞。

步骤1：加3 mL淋巴细胞分离液至15 mL离心管中。

步骤2：使用2 mL生理盐水稀释2 mL全血，将稀释
好的全血小心地加到淋巴细胞分离液之上。

步骤3：400 x g，离心15-30 min，可见明显分层，
吸取上层血浆层，第二层即为所需的单核细胞层。
