佚名 病例1，男，28岁，因咳嗽、痰中带血、乏力、低烧1月，于1996年2月4日来本院就诊。胸片示：右肺上斑片状密度不均阴影，内有透明区约1cm。痰涂片查见抗酸杆菌，ESR50mm/h，确诊为Ⅲ型肺结核，进展Ⅰ期，给于2HSE/10HE(H.雷米封，S.链霉素，E.乙胺丁醇，R.利福平)方案治疗。用药后1个月病人出现耳鸣前来复诊，考虑链霉素对前庭神经的毒性反应。故停用链霉
