产品活性：Lanatoside C 是一种强心苷, 可用于研究充血性心脏衰竭和心律失常, Lanatoside C 作用于HuH-7细胞, 抗登革病毒感染, IC50 为0.19 μM。Lanatoside C 可以有效抑制登革热病毒 (dengue virus)，flavivirus Kunjin，alphavirus Chikungunya 和 Sindbis virus 和人肠病毒 71 (enterovirus 71) 的所有四种血清型。

In Vitro: Dose-dependent reduction in dengue viral RNA and viral proteins synthesis were also observed upon treatment with increasing concentrations of Lanatoside C. Time of addition study indicated that Lanatoside C inhibits the early processes of the dengue virus replication cycle. Furthermore, Lanatoside C can effectively inhibit all four serotypes of dengue virus, flavivirus Kunjin, alphavirus Chikungunya and Sindbis virus as well as the human enterovirus 71. Lanatoside C possesses broad spectrum antiviral activity against several groups of positive-sense RNA viruses.

文献和实验广义的细胞色素 c是含有血红素 c的细胞色素之总称。通常是指主要存在于高等动植物、酵母、霉菌等线粒体中的细胞色素 c，起着传递电子的作用。为分子量约 1.3万的碱性蛋白质，还原型的吸收带为 550、 520、 415毫微米，氧化型为 407毫微米。α 因此很早便被研究，并获得结晶。不仅一级结构而且立体结构也已清楚（图 1）。其结构基本上是生物界共有的。由细胞色素 c氧化酶〔细胞色素（ a＋ a3 ）复合体〕氧化。在呼吸链中从细胞色素 c开始接受电子，各种还原酶都已清楚
也称为底土层，一般不受成土因子的影响，因而是一般不具有 A层和 B层特性的土壤层次，在 A层或 B层发达的土壤中，在这些层次之下存在有 C层。
主要显示着丝粒结构异染色质, 及其它区段的异染色质部分。标本可用酸 (HCl)及碱〔Ba(OH)2 〕变性处理, 再经2xSSC在60℃中温育1小时, 最后用Giemsa染料染色显带。
