CleanAmp^TM产品是TriLink公司开发的一种创新的热启动PCR方法。

TriLink公司凭借他们专业的核酸化学修饰经验，对PCR扩增反应中的两个重要的成分dNTPs（图A）和Primer加以耐热保护基团的化学修饰，使Primer和dNTPs在PCR初始循环热变性之前失活，从而抑制低温条件下由引物非特异退火或引物二聚体引起的非特异性扩增，使得PCR扩增效率显著提高。目前，CleanAmp™产品在实时PCR，多重PCR和逆转录PCR等等实验中得到了较好的应用效果。较之其他的抗体介导的热启动技术，该过程具有不可逆的特点，同时也不会产生干扰后继扩增的组分，更能保证反应产物的特异性，同时也增加PCR的灵敏度和保真度。
