盖玻片上的腔室共16个，分2排，各8孔（如图示），每孔的内直径6mm，。设计的每孔体积和孔距与标准96孔板的相同，无细胞毒性的硅胶试剂坝（silicone well gasket）可以与上层聚苯乙烯材料的腔室（the upper structure，厚0.5mm）和基层的硼硅酸盐盖玻片（the substructure，厚0.16-.19mm）均形成密封。

CultureWell™腔室盖玻片 细胞培养和荧光成像专用产品，细胞培养后，可以去除腔室，进行下一步操作。 盖玻片上的腔室共16个，分2排，各8孔（如图示），每孔的内直径6mm，。设计的每孔体积和孔距与标准96孔板的相同，无细胞毒性的硅胶试剂坝（silicone well gasket）可以与上层聚苯乙烯材料的腔室（the upper structure，厚0.5mm）和基层的硼硅酸盐盖玻片（the substructure，厚0.16-.19mm）均形成密封。有上层腔室时每孔体积250µl，去掉上层腔室后每孔体积9µl。 腔室可取掉 底部盖玻片用的是德国玻璃（一种最适宜细胞爬片的玻璃），每孔培养面积约0.4cm2 无菌即用型 同标准96孔板的孔距，可使用多道移液器操作，快速方便 检测无渗漏，细胞生长和检测一气呵成 腔室去除后，留在盖玻片上的硅胶试剂坝（Silicone well gasket）仍紧贴盖玻片，形成盖玻片上的试剂槽9reagent reservoirs），可进行下一步实验如孵育、原位杂交、免疫染色等等 硅胶试剂坝（Silicone well gasket）是黑色的，降低光散射，便于荧光的检测，如果进一步封片，试剂坝很容易从盖玻片上去除 每包内都包含一去除腔室的工具（Removable Tool ） 货号 产品名称 包装 70459-08 16 Well CultureWell™ Removeable Chambered Coverglass 8个/包
