【简单介绍】
WCP探针来自于特异染色体重组的DNA文库，流式细胞仪分检染色体片段的PCR扩增或对某条染色体特异的显微切割的DNA。使用于观察伸展的靶序列的涂抹（如一条或多条整个染色体或染色体片段），是分析分裂中期染色体结构异常的有利工具。由于信号域大而弥散，不用于分析间期细胞；另外，染色体涂抹是一种相对不敏感技术，不能检测染色体内部的缺失、重复或倒位，对小的端部易位分析也受到限制【详细说明】
