Description 
Polyclonal Antibody against Prox1 Form Antiserum (Stored in 50% Glycerol) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Prox1 Polyclonal AntibodyHuman, Mouse, Rat Specificity The Prox1 antiserum was generated against the C-terminal 15 amino acids of mouse Prox1. Prox1 is a prospero related homeobox gene. Its expression pattern of suggests it has a role in a variety of embryonic tissues. Prox1-deficient mice are devoid of lymphatic vasculature, and in these animals endothelial cells fail to acquire the lymphatic phenotype; instead, they remain as blood vascular endothelium. Uses This antibody is effective in immunostaining. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. This antibody is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use. Covance antibodies may not be resold or modified for resale without prior written approval.
