This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Clone 9C4 Form Biotin Labeled Antibody (in PBS; no preservatives or carrier proteins) Host Beta Amyloid 1-43 (9C4) Monoclonal Antibody, Biotin Labeled (SIGNET)Mouse Species Reactivity Human, Mouse IsoType IgG1 [Ab] 0.5 mg/mL Specificity Reactive to the c-terminus of beta amyloid and specific for the isoform ending at the 43rd amino acid. Suggested Working Dilution Beta Amyloid 1-43 (9C4) Monoclonal Antibody, Biotin Labeled (SIGNET)The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. Storage Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ug/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin). It is suggested that the total volume is aliquoted upon initial thaw.
