Polyclonal Antibody against CD3
(Formerly Signet Catalog No: 625-26 L2 Predilute)Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Purified Antibody (in 0.01M PBS + 0.1% NaN3 + 1% BSA) Host CD3 Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)Rabbit Specificity The Signet CD3 antibody recognizes the ε-chain of T cell associated CD3 antigen. The expression of the CD3 antigen is detectable in early thymocytes and is assumed to be an early indication of commitment to a T cell lineage. The subcellular localization of CD3 is predominantly intracytoplasmic in cortical thymocytes and membrane-based in medullary thymocytes. CD3 antigen is present in a majority of T cell neoplasms.
This antibody was developed using a BSA-conjugated peptide (156-168 amino acids).
Prediluted Format:
SIG-3625-26 [6 mL] is ready-to-use with Biotin-based detection systems such as Signets USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250).Uses CD3 Polyclonal Antibody, Purified (SIGNET)This antibody is effective in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - IHC: ready-to-use with Biotin based detection systems such as Signets USA Ultrastreptavidin Detection (SIG-32250)
Tissue Sections: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues
Pretreatment: For optimal staining, the sections should be pretreated with an antigen unmasking solution such as Retrieve-All 1 (SIG-31910).
Incubation: 20-60 minutes at room temperature
