Sandwich ELISA Kit to detect β-Amyloid x-42 Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form ELISA Kit Specificity BetaMark Beta-Amyloid x-42 Chemiluminescent ELISA KitCovance’s BetaMark 42 kit is specific for the x-42 isoform of beta amyloid. It has negligible cross reactivity with the x-40 isoform of beta amyloid. The BetaMark 42 kit reacts with both human and rodent x-42.
The BetaMark x-42 kit contains the following:- Capture Antibody Coated Plate, 1 plate
- 1-42 Standard, 1 20 ug vial
- 5X Wash Buffer, 125 mL
- Standard Diluent, 3 mL
- 2X Incubation Buffer, 12 mL
- HRP Detection Antibody, 0.1 mL
- Chemiluminescent Substrate A, 6 mL
- Chemiluminescent Substrate B, 6 mL
- Plate Sealer, 1
- 1.5 mL Microfuge tubes, 10
