Product Overview

Stemgent® Purified Mouse anti-Human CD105 Antibody was screened on normal human mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) by immunocytochemistry (ICC) and flow cytometry (FC) and selected as the best CD105 antibody for characterizing and/or isolating human mesenchymal stem cells. CD105 (also known as Endoglin) is a homodimeric cell membrane glycoprotein of 180 kDa, composed of disulphide-linked subunits of 95 kDa. It is mostly present on cellular lineages within the vascular system and connective tissues1. CD105 has been identified as a highly expressed antigen on human bone marrow, embryonic stem cells, and other source-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC)2-5.
