DEPC水（DEPC-treated Water ）是用0.1% DEPC（diethypyrocarbonate，焦碳酸二乙酯）处理，再经高温高压消毒的MiliQ纯水。经检测不含RNase、DNase和proteinase。 DEPC水可以用于RNA沉淀的溶解，含有RNA的各种反应体系如反转录、siRNA的退火等。
