NRSF-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒（NRSF luciferase reporter plasmid）自主研发的用于检测NRSF转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。NRSF(Neuron-Restrictive Silencer Factor)又被称作REST(RE1-Silencing Transcription factor)主要是在非神经元细胞中阻遏某些神经性基因的表达。随着研究的深入，发现NRSF-REST在神经发育过程中有着复杂的调控功能。
NRSF-Luc荧光素酶报告基因质粒主要应用于Neuron Silencing Factor信号通路、药物研究、相关基因的调控和功能的研究。
pGMNRSF-Lu改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个NRSF结合位点，可以高灵敏度地检测NRSF的激活水平。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。另外，由于质粒体积减小，使得NRSF报告基因质粒更易于转染。

冰袋（wet ice）运输。收到产品后放到-20 ºC保存。
使用说明
pGMNRSF-Lu可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用荧光素酶检测试剂盒或双荧光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测。
