应用

来自牛睾丸的透明质酸酶已用于乳腺组织、心脏组织和卵母细胞的消化以用于细胞的分离。

适用于制备用于测序的单细胞悬液。

生化/生理作用:这些酶可随机裂解透明质酸、软骨素和硫酸软骨素中的 β-N-乙酰己糖胺-[1→4] 糖苷键。透明质酸酶可降解透明质酸，并已发现可在癌症进展期间会被不适当地调节。

单位定义:在37ºC、pH 5.35条件下，一单位每分钟可降解0.75μg多糖透明质酸[通过比浊吸光度测量(λ:600nm)，与BSA复合45分钟后测量]。
