    一般描述:是从鲑鱼睾丸分离优质单链模板DNA的即用型解决方案。 溶液的供应浓度为9-12mg/ml。

    应用

    许多因素有助于提高核酸杂交的信噪比。 这些因素包括溶剂（甲酰胺）的存在、杂交温度、杂交长度、杂交溶液体积、搅拌程度和方法、封闭剂的使用、探针浓度和比活性、使用分子试剂提高核酸重缔合的速率以及在洗涤膜的严格程度。

    为了减少探针与基质的任何非特异性杂交，必须使用封闭剂。 通常，使用封闭试剂、去污剂以及变性片段化DNA的组合来实现此目的。 Sigma提供来自多种物种的超声处理的变性DNA，可用作Northern和Southern印迹以及其他核酸杂交技术的封闭剂。
    适合用作Northern和Southern印迹的封闭剂。
    鲑鱼睾丸的单链脱氧核糖核酸适合用作Southern杂交中的封闭剂。用于骨髓活检样本和人血单核细胞亚群的原位杂交组织化学研究。

    制备说明:将该DNA用乙醇沉淀并超声处理，产生单链片段，其与587和831碱基对标记片段共迁移。

    其他说明:DNA溶液要在室温下放置进行再退火，因此建议使用前将溶液煮沸10分钟，然后在冰上至少冷却5分钟。
