应用备注 Immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections: diluted of 1: 10-1: 20 in an ABC method (90 minutes at room temperature), requires hightemperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Recommended Positive Control: Small intestine.
