制备方法 : This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human 14-3-3 eta / YWHAH (rh 14-3-3 eta / YWHAH; Catalog#10847-H09E; Q04917; Gly2-Asn246). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
14-3-3 eta / YWHAH抗体 Background
14-3-3 eta, or tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein, eta polypeptide (YWHAH), is a member of the 14-3-3 family, which have recently been found to associate with a number of important signaling proteins, such as protein kinase C and Raf-1, as functional modulators. 14-3-3 proteins are abundantly expressed in the brain, particularly neuronal tissue and are thought to serve multiple biological functions involved in neuronal development and cell growth and death. As a brain-specific protein, 14-3-3 proteins are thought to be a multifunctional protein involved in the activation of tyrosine and tryptophan hydroxylases, the inhibition or activation of protein kinase C, and the activation of signal transduction. 14-3-3 eta / YWHAH is a positional and functional candidate gene for both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder (BP).
