制备方法 : This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human CD10 / Neprilysin / MME (rh CD10 / Neprilysin / MME; Catalog#10805-H07H; NP_000893.2; Tyr52-Trp750) and conjugated with PE under optimum conditions, the unreacted PE was removed.
CD10 / Neprilysin / MME抗体 Background
Neutral endopeptidase (NEP), also known as MME or CD10, is a membrane-bound mammalian ectopeptidase that contains a zinc ion in its active catalytic site, and belongs to the peptidase M13 family. NEP functions as an endopeptidase with thermolysin-like specificity, but is almost confined on acting on polypeptides of up to 30 amino acids. It is the major enzyme involved in the metabolic inactivation of a number of bioactive peptides including the enkephalins, substance P, endothelin, bradykinin and atrial natriuretic factor (ANF), as well as the incretin hormone glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1). NEP has also been identified as the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), and its expression is detected on the surface of lymphocytes in some disease states.In addition, as a major degrading enzyme of amyloid β peptide (Aβ) in the brain, NEP has been involved in the development of Alzheimer's disease. The murine NEP cDNA predicts a 750-amino acid (aa) type II integral membrane protein with 90% identity to the human NEP sequence and 100% conservation of critical aa and functional motifs.
