【产品形式】：艾美捷为您提供的【rIL 12】重组大鼠白介素-12蛋白产品是是在杆状病毒-昆虫Sf9细胞中重组表达的，是由一个二硫键连接的两条糖基化多肽链（一条是35kDa的p35亚基，一条是40kDa的p40亚基）组成的异源二聚体。该重组蛋白包含有503个氨基酸，总分子量为70kDa。该大鼠白介素-12重组蛋白最终由标准的色谱技术纯化出。
