交联葡聚糖 Sephadex

联在葡萄糖链状聚合体的葡聚糖上加上分子交联的物质。于水中膨润呈凝胶状，变成具有三维网状结构的球状粒子，用于凝胶过滤。是瑞典的pharma-cia公司的商品名。市售的是从 G-10（可使分子量约 700以上的物质通过）到 G-200（可使分子量约 80万以上的球蛋白通过）的八种类型交联度不同的交联葡聚糖。也有在有机溶剂中膨润的特殊交联葡聚糖（ se-phadex）可用于脂类的分离。对于在交联葡聚糖的羟基上引入各种解离置换基的离子交换文联葡聚糖可以象离子交换纤维那样被使用。
