文献和实验【原创】采用GenEscort™ 转染试剂实施RNA干扰(RNAi)实验进行肿瘤的基因治疗研究
的高表达现象,这表明了FAK 可能是一种潜在的肿瘤治疗的靶点。许多研究小组报道了在体外多种细胞系转染FAK 反义RNA 或 RNAi 的研究,观察到FAK 反义RNA 或 RNAi能有效抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和迁移。然而至今还没有关于在体内的肿瘤中,进行以FAK 为靶点的治疗研究。由于体内生理的复杂性,体外的结果并不能代替体内的现象,为此有必要开展体内研究,为临床治疗提供必要的基础。因而,我们构建了以FAK 为靶向的RNAi 表达质粒。首先,在体外采用GenEscort™ Ⅲ试剂转染该质粒能有效抑制
[摘 要] 目的:建立一种双波长双试剂二点法测定血糖的方法。方法:应用BECKMANCOULTER LX20全自动生化分析仪,用双波长双试剂二点法测定血糖。结果:本法与LX20电极法相关系数r=0.998 6,血糖浓度在22.20 mmol/L内线性良好,批内CV是2.11%~3.07%,批间CV是3.57%,平均回收率为100.6%。结论:研究结果表明,该法适用于常规批量测定血糖,且该法基本解决了溶血、脂血、黄疸对结果的影响。 [关键词] 双波
