产品说明 镁（Mg）是哺乳动物体内含量最丰富的必需矿物质之一。镁参与了体内300余种生化反应，在肌肉和神经活动、心律、免疫系统和骨质形成中发挥着重要作用。 镁缺乏可导致恶心、乏力、肌肉收缩、低钙血症和低钾血症。采用简便、直接、自动化的检测程序对生物样品中的镁浓度进行测定，这在科研和新药研发领域应用广 泛。本公司生产的镁测试盒无需预处理直接测定生物样品中的镁含量。试剂盒中的显色剂可与镁特异结合形成一种有色化合物。500 nm波长处测得的吸光度与样品中的镁浓度成正比。优化后的测定法将潜在物质的干扰降到最低。

产品特点 敏感、准确：采用96孔板检测，仅需5 mL样品。线性检波范围0.1 mg/dL（41mM）至 3 mg/dL（1.2 mM）镁。简单、高通量：检测过程中只需加入一种工作试剂及测定OD_500nm。该高通量检测方法易于自动化，每天可处理成千上万份样品。试剂的稳定性和多用性更佳：优化后的测定法大大提高了试剂和信号的稳定性。可采用比色皿或 96孔板检测。生物样品的干扰减少：可直接对血清和尿液样品进行检测。

Description Magnesium (Mg) is one of the most abundant and essential minerals in mammals. Magnesium is involved in more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body and plays important roles in muscle and nerve functions, heart rhythm, immune system and bone formation. Magnesium deficiency may lead to nausea, fatigue, muscle contractions, hypocalcemia and hypokalemia.Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring magnesium concentration in biological samples are becoming popular in Research and Drug Discovery. our magnesium assay kit is designed to measure magnesium directly in biological samples without any pretreatment. A calmagite dye in the kit forms a colored complex specifically with magnesium. The intensity of the color, measured at 500 nm, is directly proportional to the magnesium concentration in the sample. The optimized formulation minimizes interference by potential substances.
