产品说明 胆红素是血液中红血球死亡后，血红素的代谢产物。根据胆红素与葡萄糖醛酸结合与否，分为水溶性的结合胆红素（直接胆红素）和非水溶性的非结合胆红素（间接胆红素）。结合胆红素被分泌入毛细胆管，当人进食的时候，会随胆汁排入小肠，并被还原为尿胆素元。胆红素水平是一种重要的生理指标，过多的血细胞破裂或胆红素排泄功能失常都会导致胆红素大量堆积，从而引发黄疸。在科研和药物开发中，简单、自动化的胆红素检测手段是最为理想的。本公司的胆红素检测试剂盒适用于96-孔板或比色皿检测血液样本中胆红素的含量。利用试剂与胆红素反应生成红色产物的特性，在波长510-550nm下检测，其颜色深浅程度与胆红素含量成正比。

DESCRIPTION BILIRUBIN is one of the degradation products of hemoglobin formed when red blood cells die. Bilirubin exists in the insoluble unconjugated form (also indirect bilirubin), or soluble glucuronide conjugated form bilirubin (also direct bilirubin). Conjugated bilirubin moves into the bile canaliculi of the liver and then to the gall bladder. When stimulated by eating, bile (including the conjugated bilirubin) is excreted into the small intestine, where bilirubin is converted into urobilinogen. Bilirubin is a key diagnostic indicator. High levels of bilirubin result when too much hemoglobin is broken down or the removal of bilirubin does not function properly. The accumulation of bilirubin in the body causes jaundice. Simple and automation-ready procedures for quantitative determination of bilirubin find wide applications in research and drug discovery. Our bilirubin assay kit is designed to measure bilirubin in blood specimen in 96-well or cuvette formats. using an improved Jendrassik-Grof method.
