核小体，重组人，H3K4me1-dNuc描述：由在大肠杆菌中表达的重组人组蛋白（组蛋白H2A、H2B、H3和H4各两个；登录号：H2A-P04908；H2B-O60814；H3.2-Q71DI3*；H4-P62805）组装的单核小体，由147个碱基对的601定位序列DNA包裹。组蛋白H3（通过专有的半合成方法产生）在4位含有三甲基赖氨酸。核小体是染色质的基本亚基。Lowary和Widom鉴定的601序列是一个147碱基对的序列，对组蛋白八聚体具有高亲和力，可用于核小体组装，并含有5’生物素TEG基团。
