纤溶酶原（Plasminogen）是血浆纤维蛋白水解酶无活性的前体。由组织激活物t-PA、尿激酶或凝血接触阶段多种酶激活，外源性激活物如链激酶也可起激活作用。纤溶酶降解纤维蛋白和纤维蛋白原，保持血管和分腺管通畅，进一步研究发现，纤溶酶功能还包括促胶原酶活性及在营养及细胞移动方面起辅助作用。
纤溶酶原来源于人血浆，通过亲和层析技术分离高度纯化，经冷冻干燥制成无菌冻干品。
