产品介绍
膜联蛋白是一类钙离子依赖性磷脂膜结合蛋白家族。作为细胞凋亡研究的重要工具，膜联蛋白V能够特异性检测细胞表面暴露的磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）——这一特征不仅存在于细胞凋亡过程，也可见于其他形式的细胞死亡。
细胞活性检测可通过多种参数实现，其中膜联蛋白V-荧光染料偶联物通过监测磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）外翻现象，被广泛应用于细胞凋亡研究。在凋亡过程中，PS会从细胞膜内侧翻转至外侧，这种细胞表面PS的出现是凋亡早期/中期的普遍标志，其可检测性甚至早于细胞形态学变化的发生。
Annexin V-mFluor Violet 540标记的光谱特性与Pacific Orange®相似（注：Pacific Orange®为Invitrogen公司注册商标）。该橙色荧光染料可被405nm紫激光有效激发，并在~560nm处发射强橙色荧光。
