BC2LCN Lectin是Burkholderia cenocepacia的BC2LC Lectin的N末端的蛋白质。
据报道，本产品可以识别人ES/iPS细胞的膜蛋白足糖萼蛋白上的保持未分化状态的糖链（未分化标记）。使用到人ES/iPS细胞的染色上可以检出未分化细胞。
◆来源 : E. coli expressed Burkholderia cenocepacia lectin.
◆性状 : 溶液。0.1×PBS（pH 7.4）
◆蛋白质浓度 : 1.2～1.8mg/ml
◆结合糖链 : Fucα1-2Galβ1-3 GalNAc [H type3]、Fucα1-2Galβ1-3 GlcNAc [H type1]
