Allergen Kits（食品过敏原检测 100T）
Primerdesign, 在2005年创立于应该南安普顿，是一家专门设计、生产机供应Real-Time PCR相关试剂及检测的公司。除了提供适用于各厂品牌的Real-Time PCR仪器的Master Mix之外，另有超过300项的Real-Time PCR detection，可检测病原、环境微生物、基因改造食物等等，应用于病理、流行病学、环境微生物、食品等相关研究领域。每种检测项目细分为standard kit与advanced kit两种。Standard kit 内含primer/probe mix 与positive control template，可以real-time PCR方式检测并进行定量。Advanced kit 除了 standard kit内容外，还多了internal control template、internal control primer/probe mix 与endogenous primer/probe mix作为实验成功与否的参考。
