    产品简介: 三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate, ATP)被认为是一种在所有生物体生存和繁殖的细胞合成中 必不可少的普遍能量来源。ATP 可通过多种细胞途径产生。最典型的如在线粒体中通过氧化磷酸化 由三磷酸腺苷合酶合成,或者在植物的叶绿体中通过光合作用合成。ATP 合成的主要能源为葡萄糖 和脂肪酸。 ATP 在 254 nm 下有吸收峰,可以利用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。 

    试验中所需的仪器和试剂: 高效液相色谱仪(C18 柱(4.6×250 mm),紫外检测器(VWD))、台式离心机、可调式移液 枪、研钵/匀浆器、棕色 EP 管、针头式过滤器(50 个,水系,0.45 µm),注射器,抽滤器,滤膜 (有机系、水系),棕色进样瓶(50 个,2 mL)、(色谱纯,500 mL)、超纯水。 

    产品内容: 

    提取液一:液体 80 mL ×1 瓶,4℃保存。 

    提取液二:液体 40 mL ×1 瓶,4℃保存。 

    试剂一:液体 15 mL ×1 瓶,4℃保存。临用前取 3.5 mL 试剂一加入到 1000 mL 超纯水中,用试 剂二调节其 pH = 6.15,形成流动相 B,密封。 

    试剂二:液体 5 mL ×1 瓶,4℃保存。 

    标准品:粉剂×1 支,-20℃避光保存。临用前加入 1.65 mL 蒸馏水配制成 1 μmol/mL ATP-Na2 标准溶液,-20℃冻存。为了保证 ATP 的完整性,请避免反复冻融。
