    细胞骨架调控因子PCR芯片可用于研究控制细胞内脚手架的生物合成、组织、聚合、解聚作用的84个基因的表达。细胞骨架的组成如肌动蛋白细丝(或微丝),中间丝和微管有许多共同的监管机制但各有独特的功能。微丝通过如轴突、树突、丝状伪足、生长锥、板状伪足、,微绒毛、伪足和褶边调节细胞活性、迁移、大小和形状。肌动蛋白细丝也有助于细胞-细胞及细胞-基质连接、胞质分裂、胞质流动、和肌肉收缩。中间丝似乎不仅与微丝有相同作用,也通过细胞器锚定调控三维细胞结构。微管,有丝分裂纺锤体的核心组成部分,真核生物纤毛和鞭毛的轴丝,控制膜泡运输和细胞分裂中染色体的分离。芯片上的细胞骨架调节性基因包含钙调蛋白和钙调磷酸酶,激酶和磷酸酶和相关ARF和RHO蛋白家族成员以及他们的关键调控因子。通过实时定量PCR的方法,研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测调控细胞骨架动态的基因表达。
