人胰岛素酶联免疫试剂盒
Boatman™ Human Insulin ELISA KIT试剂盒用于体外定量测定人血清，血浆和细胞培养上清液中胰岛素的含量。本试剂盒仅用于实验室研究使用，不得用于诊断或治疗。
【背景】
胰岛素是胰岛β细胞分泌的一种蛋白质激素，分子量为6KD，属于结构相关调节蛋白家族，这一家族其他的蛋白还包括类胰岛素生长因子、骨松弛素。胰岛首先合成分子量为12KD的胰岛素原，其后胰岛素原在细胞内经过加工处理，形成分子量为9KD的胰岛素原并被包裹成颗粒。这些颗粒再进行裂解，便形成了胰岛素和C肽，在胰岛受到刺激后被分泌到血液中。
胰岛素是调节糖代谢的重要激素，也是体内唯一能降低血糖的激素。它的合成速度受血浆葡萄糖浓度的影响。它在体内其他激素的配合下，调节糖、蛋白质、脂肪的合成与分解代谢。其作用包括如下：促进糖原合成，抑制糖原分解，抑制葡萄糖产生，促进糖的利用。促进脂肪、蛋白质合成，抑制脂肪、蛋白质分解。促进DNA、RNA、ATP的合成。
胰岛素浓度升高见于以下疾病：胰岛β细胞瘤或胰岛β细胞增生、II型糖尿病或某些胰岛素初期患者、胰岛素自身免疫综合征、继发性糖尿病、胰岛素结构异常、胰岛素受体异常、肝硬化、肥胖、妊娠、口服避孕药等。
胰岛素浓度降低见于以下疾病：I型糖尿病、胰腺炎或胰腺炎并发胰岛功能损伤。
