Compressed air water or dust resistance testing instrument.

Working with a shape deformation measure and volumic

comparison under air pressure, it allows to test the water

or dust resistance of mobile devices such mobile phones or

mini-tablets.

Volumic comparison test allows an improved testing

precision for tough and rigid and foldable smartphones,

or those exhibiting large and instantaneous leaks.

Displays a simple "OK" or "KO" result without interpretation.

The software allows to set-up the device from a remote

computer and have the following features:

- Create, modify, delete a program

- Send the program from the PC to the machine and

vice-versa

- To start a program from the PC interface

- View the curve on the PC interface

- Export the curve's points to the PC

Program must be created by each phone model by the

customer and saved in the machine.

For carrying a deformation test cycle:

- Put a smartphone into the testing chamber

- Choose the program related to this model in the chamber

- Close the lid and press start

After a while, curve is displayed on the screen. If the curve is flat, the phone is OK.
