Absolute Mag™ Carboxyl Polymer

This kit enables rapid, efficient, sensitive, and specific covalent conjugation of primary amine containing ligands such as peptides, proteins, antibodies, and oligonucleotides under the action of specialized chemical reagents (EDC and NHS). The carboxyl magnetic particles in this kit feature a high carboxyl group density. Their polymer coating protects target molecules bound to the particles from the adverse effects of iron, preventing bead aggregation. This ensures excellent monodispersity and stable physicochemical properties. These characteristics provide high reproducibility and convenience during biomolecule conjugation reactions. Based on using 100 μL of magnetic particle suspension per conjugation, this kit can be used for up to 50 reactions. Each milliliter magnetic particle suspension can bind no less than 0.6 mg of IgG antibodies. The exact maximum binding capacity depends on factors such as the molecular weight of the biomolecule.
