| 描述 | Galicaftor (ABBV-2222; GLPG-2222) is a potent and orally active cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) corrector that enhances CFTR protein folding and trafficking, Galicaftor is widely used in cystic fibrosis research to study CFTR rescue mechanisms, epithelial ion transport, and therapeutic correction of underlying molecular defects. |
| 体外活性 | 在针对 F508del/F508del 突变纯合子患者原代细胞的实验中，Galicaftor表现出对氯离子通道活性的功能性恢复，EC50 低于 10 nM [2]。 |
