| 描述 | Buspirone hydrochloride (Buspar) is a 5HT(1A) receptor agonist, used to treat generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). |
| 体外活性 | Buspirone是一种临床有效的非苯二氮䓬类抗焦虑化合物，通过静脉注射（ED50=0.011 mg/kg, i.v.）、腹腔注射（ED50=0.088 mg/kg, i.p.）和胃管注射（有效剂量=1.0-20.0 mg/kg, i.g.）能够抑制这些神经元的活动。当Buspirone通过微离子透析法外部给药于记录的神经元时，同样能够抑制这些细胞。[1] Buspirone主要通过氧化代谢途径被消除，产生几种羟基化代谢产物，包括5-羟基-Buspirone和1-嘧啶基哌嗪。[2] |
