| 描述 | Inosine (NSC-20262), an endogenous purine nucleoside produced by the catabolism of adenosine, is an agonist of adenosine receptors A1R and A2AR. Inosine has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antinociceptive and neuroprotective effects. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：大鼠C6、DU-145、HaCaT、L6、MCF7细胞用Inosine（0-250 μM）处理48小时，使用MTT方法检测细胞生长抑制情况。 结果：Inosine在250 μM下不抑制C6、DU-145、HaCaT、L6、MCF7细胞生长。[1] |
| 体内活性 | 方法：为研究Inosine的镇痛作用，在福尔马林处理前20分钟 将Inosine（ 1 mg/kg、10 mg/kg、100 mg/kg）腹腔注射给小鼠。 结果： Inosine 减少由福尔马林诱导的缩腿行为。[2] |
