| 描述 | α-Solanine (alpha-Solanine) is an alkaloid derived from potato with anticancer and antitumor activity, attenuating chondrocyte death by inhibiting the NF-κB pathway. α-Solanine inhibits the proliferation and migration of glioma cells but promotes apoptosis of glioma cells. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：α-solanine（3,6,9，12μg/μl）处理24 h或48 观察PANC-1，sw1990和MIA PaCa-2细胞的活力。 结果：α-solanine（12 μg/μl ）处理细胞后，细胞活力显着下降在，且在3、6、9 μg/μl的α-solanine浓度下，处理时间为24 h和48 h，α-solanine不会引起各细胞系细胞的细胞毒性。 α-茄碱（3、6和9 μg/μl）以剂量依赖性方式显著降低了PANC-1细胞中VEGF的mRNA和蛋白表达，同时α-茄碱通过抑制VEGF表达来抑制血管生成。[1] |
