| 描述 | Propiomazine is an orally active antihistamine compound with sedative effects, used for controlling insomnia in neurological diseases. |
| 体内活性 | 雄性大鼠单次静脉注射 Propiomazine (0.31、0.62、1.25、2.5、5、10 或 20 mg/kg)可显著增加大鼠血浆催乳素浓度，较高剂量（5、10 和 20 mg/kg）产生的增加在幅度和持续时间上都大于较低剂量产生的增加。[1] Propiomazine (25 mg/kg, i.p.)对 ccl4 诱导的大鼠肝损伤有保护作用。[2] |
