| 描述 | Apafant (WEB 2086) is a highly potent platelet activating factor (PAF) antagonist that blocks eosinophil activation and can be used to study experimental allergic conjunctivitis in guinea pigs. |
| 体内活性 | 对豚鼠进行主动致敏，并在第 15 天和第 17 天将 OA 溶液灌入豚鼠的眼睛，以诱发过敏性结膜炎。为了研究 Apafant 对过敏性结膜炎的影响，在第 14 天至第 17 天期间，每天给药4次，给豚鼠局部注射 0.1%、1% 的 Apafant 眼药水。与对照组（载体治疗）相比，接受 Apafant 眼科溶液治疗的动物在第一次和第二次抗原挑战中的临床症状（发红和水肿）和瘙痒-抓挠反应都明显减轻。[1] |
