| 描述 | LAT1-IN-1 (BCH) is a selective and competitive inhibitor of L-type amino acid transporter protein 1 (LAT1). LAT1-IN-1 has antitumor activity, inducing apoptosis in tumor cells and inhibiting cell proliferation. |
| 体外活性 | 方法：人食管癌细胞 KYSE30 和 KYSE150 用 LAT1-IN-1 (1-100 mM) 处理 3 天，通过 MTT assay 检测细胞活力。 结果：LAT1-IN-1 处理以剂量依赖的方式抑制了细胞增殖。[1] 方法：HTR8 SVneo、JEG-3 和 JAR 细胞用 LAT1-IN-1 (0.1-4 µM) 处理 24 h，通过 Western Blot 检测靶点蛋白表达水平。 结果：24 h LAT1-IN-1 处理后，LAT1 蛋白显著降低。LAT1-IN-1 可以直接调节 LAT1 的表达。[2] |
